About Purebase

Purebase is a metals-to-market company. We aggregate, market and sell gold and silver — placing produced metal with refiners, traders and end buyers, and managing each sale from delivery through to payment.
No. Purebase is the marketing and sales business — the route to market. Exploration, development, mining and processing are carried out by Coreter, a separate company under common ownership.
Gold and silver — two precious metals with deep, liquid global markets and transparent benchmark pricing.

The Coreter relationship

They are separate, independently managed companies that share a common owner, founder Scott Dockter, and a common goal. They are linked commercially by an arm's-length, benchmark-referenced offtake arrangement.
Two focused companies let each raise from its natural investor base, be financed and valued on its own metrics, and maintain its own governance — while common ownership keeps them aligned on a single goal.
No. The Coreter relationship gives Purebase a secured, aligned source of supply, but Purebase remains free to market third-party metal alongside it. The supply is aligned, not captive.

How Purebase works

Purebase earns the marketing and trading margin between the mine gate and the buyer — value that producers often hand to third-party intermediaries.
It means Purebase starts from a traceable, reliable source of metal through its aligned relationship with Coreter, rather than competing on the open market for supply.
Three things: aggregation and logistics; marketing and offtake; and sale to a network of refiners, traders and end buyers.

For investors

Most ask investors to back exploration and the promise of a future discovery. Purebase deals in metal that is real and already moving to market, where revenue comes from sales rather than speculation.
